Art Source for Design wants  you to buy with confidence and be happy with your purchase. We offer 100% returns, no questions asked, no restocking fee for any non custom order. If for any reason you are not happy with our product, please notify us within 48 hours and return your item within 10 business days for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding our shipping and handling costs. Custom orders are not returnable. All returnable merchandise must be sent freight prepaid and must be in its original condition as shipped, in the original packaging. Your refund will be processed once we receive your shipment. 

All returns must have a return authorization number (RMA#)and must be returned in original boxes in saleable condition. Customers will be responsible for shipping charges.  Customer is responsible for packing product properly. Refunds will not be granted on product that comes back damaged.

Art Source for Design reserves the right to refuse any package that is returned without an RMA#. Please be sure to clearly write your RMA# on the outside of the package.

All shortages/damages must be reported within 5 days of shipment .

Special orders and custom work are not returnable.  Clearance sale items not returnable.
Our giclees are print-on-demand (made to order) and are considered a custom order. If an item is custom-made it will be stated in the product description. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on custom ordered items. 

Damaged Orders

ASFD guarantees that your fine artwork is completed as ordered and is free from defect or damage. Each print has passed multiple levels of quality control and is always shipped with a reputable freight carrier.  Unfortunately, some orders may rarely arrive damaged, for which we offer refunds or replacements. Never accept or open a shipment with obvious external damage to the package. Insist that the delivery person return it  unopened and contact us for an immediate replacement.  If the product arrives damaged, immediately notify us. Orders will be replaced free of charge if evidence of incorrect or damaged product is presented within 10 days of receipt.  All damaged items  must be returned to receive a refund or replacement  We reserve the right to offer refund or replacement for damaged items.

We never share customer or order information with third parties. We respect and appreciate your privacy.


Change of Policy

Art Source reserves the right to change or update our policies at any time and without prior notice.

Lost Orders
Since we ship everything with "Delivery Confirmation" service, if an item becomes lost we will replace the item at our expense.  However, if an item is shown as "Delivered" by the carrier, we will not replace that item or provide a refund as we must trust that the item has been delivered.
